that is dedicated to your health. We are proud to work directly with the President of APROMACA (A) in the region of Junin, where maca has been cultivated and used as a whole food source for centuries. This unique relationship with APROMACA as well as exclusivity with Peru's INPLAHMEP ensures Sol Raiz Organics as a leader in quality.
Harmonizing with traditional knowledge means only hand selected, Lepidium Peruvianum Chacon (maca) is grown, harvested, and used. After harvest on our partners land, each root is processed at our private facility which exceeds Int'l norms of quality control.
Every aspect of production is registered organic and eco-friendly by SKAL
International, EKO, USDA Organic, and JAS International.

Sol Raiz Organics and the Association
of Producers of Ecological Maca of Junin (APROMACA-A) give employment to more than 30 families to
produce organic and environmentally sustainable maca. We estimate this increases income for nearly one hundred locals in the town of Junin.
Our partners are recognized as the leaders of premium maca production by Peru's Ministry of Agriculture as well as Dr. Gloria Chacon. Sol Raiz Organics management oversees every part of production eliminating any threat of cross contamination. Since the majority of maca production in the Andes is formed by a collective co-op of certified and mostly non-certified farmers, cross contamination poses a serious threat to the patrimony of the particular variety of maca we offer, as well as your health. Peru's Institute of Plants and Medicinal Herbs (INPLAHMEP) carries out clinical analysis of every root harvested and used for our product line. This guarantees the maca's point of origin and genus as pure, organic Lepidium Peruvianum Chacon, an unsurpassable variety of maca in taste and nutrients.
